Live Longer.

Live Better.

Your Personalized Healthcare for a Longer and Healthier Life.

We have all lost someone too early.

If there was a way to prevent it, would you?

By my mid-30s, my father had suffered a heart attack, two family members had undergone chemotherapy, and my uncle had died of lymphoma. In addition, my wife’s father had died of early-onset dementia that went undiagnosed until he had accidentally lost the fortune he had spent his life building and his family had no time left with him before he passed.

What if there were tests, treatments, or lifestyle changes that could have prevented these illnesses? Or postponed them by decades? What would that be worth to you and your family?

Modern medicine would have you wait until it’s too late. I started San Diego Longevity because I didn’t want my friends, family, and patients waiting.

What is personalized care?

Everyone wants to know what medicine can be avoided or taken, the best supplement, the best diet or best exercise? While many will try to sell you “the best” answer, the truth is everyone is different.

Example: if your cholesterol is slightly high but your genetic tests and coronary ct show no risk for heart attacks, strokes, or dementia, then who cares, you don’t need to be aggresive. But, if your genetic tests and/or coronary ct are abnormal, you should be on medications to treat your cholesterol, even if your normal doctor would wait until you have a stroke before treating a “normal” cholesterol. Similarly, whole body scanning companies would recommend everyone have a whole body MRI or cancer biomarker testing, but ignore the fact that there is such a thing as a false positive that can result in risky tests and emotional distress, and none of this may be needed based on your genetics or exposure history.

We only take on a limited number of patients a year so we can take such a truly personalized approach to each patient and every disease.
